Cristina Maggi graduated summa cum laude in 2008 at the faculty of Jurisprudence – University of Florence with a Master thesis in bankruptcy law, part of which was published, in the same year, on the specialised magazine “Il fallimento e le altre procedure concorsuali”.

After a short period abroad, she started working as a trainee attorney at law in an important law firm in Florence. In 2009 she attended the “Master for in house lawyers” at ISDACI (Istituto Scientifico per l'Arbitrato la Mediazione e il Diritto Commerciale) and an internship at Co.Re.Com Toscana, where she supported a mediator in solving disputes between consumers and telecommunications companies. During these experiences she enhaced her knowledge in commercial law and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution).

In 2010 she joined the law firm Hofer Lösch Torricelli, where she developed an increasing interest for the administrative law and intellectual property law.

Licensed as a lawyer, she registered at the Bar Association of Florence in 2012.

Main areas of practice

Her practice is focused on counselling and litigation in private law, commercial law and administrative law, and in particular contractual law, debts collection procedures, enforcement law, trademarks, building and city planning law.
