Bio
Fabian Raffl graduated in Italian law in the framework of the joint degree offered by the Universities of Innsbruck (Austria) and Padova (Italy). At the University of Innsbruck, he also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics.
The strong comparative focus of his academic education, combined with several years of professional experience in Austrian law firms, is reflected in his professional interests in the field of administrative and commercial law. In his diploma thesis, he dealt comparatively with issues regarding corporate crisis in public procurement law.
He has also completed a post-graduate course in wine law at the University of Florence, dealing with problematic questions in the relevant national and European legislation, e.g. with regard to the regulation on protection consortia, authorisations for wine-growing facilities, competition law, labelling and consumer information.
He has been working with HLT Law Firm since the beginning of 2019. In October 2021, he passed the bar exam at the Florence Appeal Court. He has been a member of the Bolzano Bar Association since January 2022.
